- $150: Single-destination trips (up to 5 days) with activities and transportation.
- $250: Multi-city trips or trips lasting 6-10 days.
- $350+: Complex itineraries or trips longer than 10 days.
- $100: Rush fee for trips planned within 15 days of departure.
- $15 per additional traveler: For groups larger than 5.

How far in advance should I book your services?
The sooner, the better! I recommend reaching out at least 2-3 months before your desired travel dates to ensure availability and the best options. For trips planned within 15 days of departure, I’ll apply a $100 rush fee.
Do you charge a fee for hotel-only bookings?
Nope! Hotel-only bookings are complimentary, and you’ll still enjoy perks like room upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, and more at qualifying properties.
Do you offer payment plans or refunds for your fees?
At this time, my fees are non-refundable and are paid at the start of the planning process. Payment details will be discussed once we begin!
